It's decision day for the Miss Universe Pageant, whose judges will tonight reveal the world's most beautiful woman.
89 candidates from six continents have lined up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to exhibit their beauty in swimsuits and evening gowns in the 60th anniversary of the competition, all competing to take the crown from last year's winner, Mexico's Ximena Navarrette.
Competitors have been filmed in Brazil this week learning the Samba and playing football, fitting in with the culture of the host country, Brazil.
“I am very pleased to announce our partnership with media conglomerate Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicao and the selection of Sao Paulo as the host location for Miss Universe 2011,” said the pageant’s owner, Donald J. Trump. “Brazil is rapidly becoming an economic powerhouse and is a great place to do business. This decade, Brazil is hosting three of the greatest and most-watched worldwide events: the World Cup, the Summer Olympic Games and now, to kick it all off, Miss Universe.”

Finally Osama Bin Laden is DEAD!
WASHINGTON — Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden is dead and the U.S. has his body, says a person familiar with developments.
President Barack Obama was to make the announcement shortly that after searching in vain for bin Laden since he disappeared in Afghanistan in late 2001, the Saudi-born extremist is dead, the source said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
Details of the death were sparse. A senior U.S. counterterrorism official, who sphttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifoke with the Associated Press on condition of anonymity, said bin Laden was killed in a ground operation in Pakistan, not by a Predator drone. The official said it happened last week.
CNN and Reuters reported that the al-Qaida leader was killed in a mansion outside Islamabad, the Pakistani capital.
It is a major accomplishment for Obama and his national security team, having fulfilled the goal once voiced by Obama's predecessor, George W. Bush, to bring to justice the mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

The event of the year will be taking place at Westminster Abbey on 29 April 2011. This is the union between Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton. Prince William is the grandson of Queen Elizabeth II and he is second in line to the succession. Prince William and Kate Middleton both studied at the University of St. Andrews. It was there where they first met. The got engaged last year on October 20, 2010 and by November 16 they announced it.

The Times and the Daily Mail have picked images of the bride-to-be waving at the crowds outside her hotel last night. Ever the insurgent, the Independent has a montage of celebratory pictures on its front page, but adds at the bottom: "Not interested in the royal wedding? Turn now to page 6."
